After giving my squash lesson this evening, I jumped in the sauna.
With other people coming and going, the heat never reached the extremes I prefer to empty out in the sauna.
But it was still revitalising.
If the club where I give lessons wasn’t so far from our house, I would be sauna’ering a few times a week.
Always followed with a cold shower to balance it out.
