It might just be that your body has forgotten how delicious a full breath of oxygen into your lungs can actually be.
Sometimes you don’t miss a good thing until it’s gone.
So, briefly…
…I suggest you artificially take it away from yourself.
To feel what I mean, follow along with this 2-minute video:
In / Out / Un-hold…
First, release everything.
Let out all the air from your lungs.
Then…
Un-hold.
You will find after a few moments you can exhale a little more…
And again.
Get it all out.
Continue to un-hold your breath.

When you are ready, inhale deeply.
That deep relief is the big breath.
Do this whenever you need to remind yourself we all have limited time on this planet.
